Omg this hair is very soft. It didnt come with any type of smell. The hair came in on time i jus love love love this hair. I ran my fingers through it no tangles or knots went straight through. It came pre plucked. I cant wait to wear it for my first day of my senior year. I will post more pics wen its installed. They have very good communication and made sure everything was right.i think its a good buy especially since the hair is shiny all by its self. Yall buy buy buy
